What is the interviewing process?
Initially, you’ll be scheduled for a brief phone interview and at the end of the conversation the Recruiter will advise you of any next steps, either verbally or in writing.

When am I eligible to enroll in the benefits program?
Employees working more than 35 hours per week are eligible for benefits starting on the 1st of the month after successfully completing initial 90 days period of adjustment.

Jaya Apparel Group, LLC is a manufacturer of apparel which is sold by department, specialty, chain, and discount stores in both the United States and internationally. One of the brands that Jaya Apparel Group produces in the women’s contemporary apparel category is Patterson J. Kincaid.

Jaya was originally formed in 1982 as L’Koral, Inc., which became L’Koral, LLC in 2007 and adopted its current name, Jaya, in 2011. Jaya specializes in the Children’s, Juniors and Women’s Contemporary Fashion categories. Jaya is recognized for its design creativity and consistently high-quality of products in all the markets it serves.
