We do send confirmation emails after you place your order and another one when the items have shipped. If you did not receive any confirmations, please check your email spam filter or contact customer service toll-free at 855-I-LUV-PJK (855-458-8755) Monday through Friday, 8:00–5:00p.m. PST.

How to Order

This simple guide info tells you everything you need to know about how to order on PJK.com.

What is the easiest way to find what I need? 


Use our top drop-down navigations to pin point what you're looking for.

  1. Select one of the tabs at the top of any page, Ex: Shop
  2. Then choose from one of the product categories underneath to explore further, Ex:  Tops
  3. Every tab and sub-tab has further areas of the site mapped out, right along the left-hand side; so there's plenty more to explore


Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into our search field box in the upper right hand corner of every page, then press enter on your keyboard. The Search Results will appear and you can make a selection from the displayed results.

Where do I find the details about the items?

Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product detail page. This page lists all the details about the item so you can review them before you make your purchase:

  • Key item features and attributes (price, fabric, colors, sizes, etc.)
  • Larger or alternative picture views
  • Special fit information
  • Or shows related products you may also like

How do I place an item in my Shopping Bag?

  1. Select a color from the displayed swatches and choose a size
  2. Choose the amount you want of each item by selecting in the drop-down QTY box
  3. Finally, click the “Add to Cart” button

After you have successfully added an item to your Shopping Bag, click on continue shopping to add other items to your bag.


The “Add to Wishlist” link allows you to:

  • Save the items that you're thinking about buying
  • E-mail them to a friend for a second opinion, drop a hint, or send just for fun

These items will remain on your Wishlist page until the next time you visit our site, even if they have become out of stock.

Your Wishlist is NOT the same thing as your Shopping Bag. If you decide to purchase an item that is on your list, you will need to move them from your Wishlist to your Shopping Bag in order to complete the order. To do so, simply click the add all to cart button.

Share With a Friend

If you find an item that you know a friend would like or you want to get a second opinion, you can share it via multiple social platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, even email. The share link located on any product page has a drop down menu where you can select exactly how you want to share.  

How do I complete my order?

After you have added an item to your shopping bag, you will immediately be able to view the contents in your bag and start the checkout process.

Click on the shopping cart in the right hand corner of any page and this will take you to the cart. Once you are at the cart, you can review and make any edits to the product, you can enter a promo code or gift certificate and even get an estimate of the order taxes if applicable

Ready to Order? We offer a One Page checkout: Just click on the “Secure Checkout” button or “Checkout with PayPal”. This takes you to the one page checkout.

Step 1:  If you are a registered customer, please login and the information will appear for you to select from. If you are not registered, please follow the three steps.

Please enter your billing address. This should be where your monthly credit card statements are sent and must match what the card issuer has on file. If you are shipping the order to an address separate from the bill to, be sure to check mark the box that says “ship to different address”. This will then open another area right below the billing section for you to enter in the shipping information.

Step 2: Select a shipping method from the options that appear.

Step 3: Enter your credit card information or select to pay using a PayPal account. You can also enter a PJK.com gift certificate as payment.

This is your final chance to review your order before you click on “place order now” button. Once you do, the order is complete and the screen will display your order number. You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. Once the order has shipped you will receive a follow up email with a tracking number for your reference.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your online order with: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Patterson J. Kincaid eGift Cards. At this time, we do not accept money orders, checks, cash, or any other form of payment.

With credit card orders, your card is not charged until the order has shipped. Once we receive authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank. Note: If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations to daily withdrawals on your card. PJK reserves the right to request additional identification to prevent fraud. If this is needed, we will contact you directly.


PayPal acts as a digital wallet where you can securely store all your payment options, such as a bank account or credit card. When you want to make a payment, instead of pulling out your credit card, simply click on the PayPal Express Checkout button. PayPal will complete your payment process without sharing your payment information with merchants. To sign-up for a PayPal account click here https://www.paypal.com.

Paying with PayPal

  • Once you’ve finished shopping select the “Check Out with PayPal” button during checkout
  • Automatically you will be taken to a PayPal login page
  • Review all your shipping information for accuracy
  • Once payment is complete, PayPal will forward your shipping address and email to PJK.com for order completion

Electronic Gift Cards

eGift Cards are sent via email to you or a designated recipient. The purchaser will receive an email notification of their order receipt. No shipping charges will be applied for an eGift Card purchase, only when redeemed. Sorry but coupon codes and discounts may not be redeemed when buying an eGift Card. Also please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards.

Redeeming an eGift Card

Redeeming an eGift Card is easy! Simply enter your gift card number in the appropriate field at checkout and click apply. Any remaining balance not covered by the eGift Card will need to be charged to another form of accepted payment. Multiple eGift Cards can be applied to an order and balances do not expire.

Purchasing an eGift Card

To purchase an eGift Card from PJK.com, simply follow the below steps:

Click on “shop” from any page of the site. Then select eGift Cards.

  1. Select an amount
  2. Enter your recipients’ name and email address
  3. Leave a personal message
  4. Click on “add to cart” to add the gift card to your cart
  5. Proceed to checkout

Redeeming an eGift Card

Redeeming an eGift Card is easy too! Simply enter your gift card number in the appropriate field at checkout and click apply. Checking eGift Card Balance

To check your eGift Card balance online just enter your code in the field specified. To get to this field, go to the “My Account” section of the site after logging in, then click gift cards and the page will appear. Enter your full code in the blank field provided and click the “check status and balancebutton. You can check your balance by clicking here.

Sales Tax

PJK follows each states guidelines concerning sales and used tax, determined by the destination address of your shipment; except otherwise noted below, we are required by law to charge tax where applicable which would be on orders delivering to: California, New York, and Arkansas.

Sales tax does not apply on orders shipped to addresses in states outside of what’s listed above. You may have a tax obligation in states where PJK.com does not collect tax. Details of how to report these taxes may be found at the website of your respective tax authorities.

Note: We do not charge sales tax on eGift Card purchases.

Change/ Cancel Order

Change an Order

When you place an order at PJK.com, we act fast to ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping timeframes. If you need to delete an item or reduce the quantity, please act promptly by calling customer service toll-free at 855-I-LUV-PJK (855-458-8755) Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Note: We will not be able to cancel or make changes to an order once it is in the fulfillment center or if the credit card has been charged. If you want to add new items or increase the quantity, please place a new order at PJK.com or call in to speak to one of our friendly customer service representatives.

Cancel an Order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we can not guarantee that an order can be canceled. Once the order is in the fulfillment center or is out for shipment, we are unable to cancel the order. Once you receive the package, you can return the item for a refund.

Size Chart



With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

LOW Waist

Run tape measure about 2 to 3 inches below your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.


With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.


For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.
