Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns for all products within 30 days. All orders include a pre-paid UPS return label.
Merchandise returned after 30 days will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit in the form of an eGift Card. All items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached.
To return please follow these steps:
• Put the item back in the original box with attached tags
• Complete the Return Form included in the order and include the reason code
• Enclose form with returned merchandise
• Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of box
• Contact UPS to pick up or drop off

For your own peace of mind and protection against loss, we recommend that you insure your returned package back to us. We also suggest that you retain your tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for any package that does not make it back to us.
Because merchandise quantities are limited, we strongly recommend that you do not exchange items as its likely the item you want may no longer be available. In order to get the item(s) you want quickly, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When the item is received, we will issue the refund.
If the item was sent as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original credit card used for payment. We will make every effort to honor exchange requests if the merchandise is available. If you would like to make an exchange, list the item(s) you would like on your included return form. The new item will be shipped UPS Ground.
Once the fulfillment center has received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is complete. We will issue refunds using the same method as the original payment. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged (less the original shipping fees). Please allow about 30 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. This takes in consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork.
